核心稳定要素:支撑和收腹
核心稳定有两种主要形式:椎间稳定和腰椎-骨盆稳定。
椎间稳定是椎间动作最小化的能力。通过激活如腹横肌、膈肌、骨盆底肌及椎旁肌(如多裂肌)此类小肌群来完成椎间稳定。训练包括凯格尔健肌法和收腹(将肚脐靠近脊柱)。
