Delivered through a self-paced, two-part video presentation (just over an hour in total), this section reviews key anatomical and functional concepts related to the lymphatic and visceral systems. Whether you're new to this material or need a refresher, it lays the groundwork for understanding how these systems influence healing, movement, and chronic pain. The module concludes with a short assessment (multiple choice, true/false, and short answers).


The in-person training builds on the theory by focusing on application. You will learn to:

  • Conduct movement-based assessments to establish a functional diagnosis
